Desde que surge la Cirugía Laparoscópica de 1 Puerto (CL1P) en diciembre de 1997 su campo de aplicación no se ha detenido, el área de la cirugía ginecológica no ha sido la excepción. Salpingoclasia, Drilling de ovario poliquístico, Histerectomía, Salpingectomia/Salpingorrafia en embarazo ectópico, Cistectomía ovárica, Uteropexia, Teratomas, recuperación de DIU translocado, Endometriosis en estadios I-III). En este trabajo presentamos un caso de Piosálpinx.
Paciente Femenino de 35 años de edad, Diabética. Referida de otra institución con el diagnóstico de Apendicitis, sustentado con ultrasonido y dolor intenso en fosa iliaca derecha, Leucocitosis 15,550. Se realiza Laparoscopia exploratoria de rutina y se diagnostica Piosálpinx derecho. Se resuelve con técnica CL1P.
Piosálpinx derecho resuelto exitosamente con técnica CL1P. Evolución postoperatoria satisfactoria, es dada de alta hospitalaria a las 24 horas, para continuar manejo en forma ambulatoria.
la técnica CL1P es factible en múltiples patologías quirúrgicas, este caso de Piosalpinx forma parte del campo de aplicación. La Cirugía Laparoscópica con 1 Puerto tenía como límite, aquellas que requerían sutura intracorpórea. Barrera que se ha ido rompiendo. Con la aparición de la sutura barbada, como se está demostrando actualmente, por ejemplo, con su aplicación en técnicas como REPA para la diástasis abdominal.
