Introduction *
Cuando surge la primera Colecistectomía Laparoscópica con 1 Puerto (CL1P) en Dic de 1997. La triangulación en la colecistectomía se llevaba a cabo con 2 riendas, 1 aguja gancho y 1 aguja pasahilos. Durante su evolución la técnica se ha ido modificando, cambiando las riendas por Endolifter y dispositivos magnéticos. Actualmente la practicidad ha sustituido las riendas y endolifter por aguja gancho.
Material & Method *
La técnica CL1P se basa en el uso de un laparoscopio operatorio de 0°, de 10 a 12 mm por 27 cm, con canal de trabajo de 6 mm, e instrumental de 5mm x 43 cm de longitud. La triangulación desde hace 5 años la realizamos con agujas gancho y aguja pasahilos, sustituyendo las riendas y endolifter.
Results *
realizamos Colecistectomía laparoscópica con 1 Puerto (CL1P) asistida con agujas percutáneas (Agujas gancho y Aguja Pasahilos). Resultando un procedimiento reproducible y seguro con tiempos quirúrgicos cortos (20minutos aproximadamente), en casos no agudos o crónicos.
Conclusion *
la técnica CL1P (cirugía sin huella) asistida con agujas gancho. Evita la confección de las riendas y la destreza que implica la colocación de las mismas. Esto la hace más reproducible, sin perder el objetivo final de una cirugía sin huella.
