Introduction *
los precedimientos laparoscopicos no estan excentos de complicaciones, las causas pueden ser impericia, preparacion inadecuada del paciente, mala tecnica quirurgica, etc, revisamos dos casos clinicos donde creemos que pudo haberse evitado la complicacion
Material & Method *
se revisan dos casos clinicos, los cuales se complicaron, uno de ellos fallece, el otro requirió mas de 3 cirugias en total, las posibles causas fueron transoperatorias, la revision de los videos muestra esa posibilidad, recomendamos revisar los videos de los procedimientos para corregir errores y mejorar tecnicas, uno bariatrico y uno de oclusion intestinal
Results *
el paciente bariatrico fallece por dehiscencia de anastomosis a las 72 horas postoperatorias, el paciende de la oclusion intestinal se interviene en tres ocasiones más, resulto ser un cancer de colon
Conclusion *
la revisión de los videos de los procedimientos es recomendable para hacer un analisis retrospectivo de la tecnica y de los posibleserrores cometidos durante una cirugia, esto nos ayuda a mejorar y corregir nuestros movimientos y asi disminuir el riesgo de complicaciones
